Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward the total cost of the service and are non-refundable but may be transferred if proper notice is given for rescheduling. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the treatment. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of the deposit. • No-shows will required you to pay a new deposit before booking another appointment. • Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late will result in cancelling the appointment. Skin reactions vary depending on skin type and sensitivities. • Clients must disclose all skin conditions, allergies, medications, or recent treatments before the facial. • Mild redness or sensitivity after treatment can be normal and temporary. • Following aftercare instructions is important to achieve the best results. • Results may vary depending on skin type and skincare routine. Clients must inform their esthetician of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities before treatment. This helps ensure the safest and most effective service. Royal Smile reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if it is deemed unsafe for the client.
