  •  Shipping Methods: We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options. Shipping times may vary based on location.

  •  Packaging: Teeth whitening products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For safety reasons, all whitening gels and related products are sealed for quality assurance.

2. Tooth Gem Products:

  •  Processing Time: Tooth gem orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on customization options.

  •  Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping for tooth gems, and we'll provide tracking information for all orders.

  •  Packaging: Tooth gems are securely packaged to prevent damage, and any included accessories or tools are clearly labeled for easy application.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, here's how our returns and exchange process works for each product category:

1. Teeth Whitening Products:

 

  • Returns: Teeth whitening products can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original condition. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, once opened, items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • How to Return: Contact our customer service team at royal.diamondbeautybar@gmail.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning shipping.  

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

2. Tooth Gem Products:

  • Returns: Because tooth gems are customized, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Timeframe: Any issues with your order should be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchanges: If your tooth gem is damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.

  • How to Return or Exchange: Please contact customer support at royal.diamondbeautybar@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect, and we will assist with the return or exchange process.

 

Important Information for All Orders:

International Orders: International shipping is available, but additional fees, such as customs duties and taxes, may apply depending on your location.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the damage.

 

Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain items like opened or used teeth whitening products or customized tooth gems may not be eligible for return or exchange.
